Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes you can, however, we can't guarantee that your custom address will still be available since others could register it electronically via PayPal.com during the time it takes snailmail to be delivered. However, you can simply send your requested custom address, active forwarding address and payment to: Escape Ventures, c/o Custom Addresses.com, 4400 N. Scottsdale Rd. #9-332, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we accept: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via PayPal.com.
Do you offer POP accounts and other domain name services?
Yes, Customaddresses.com will soon be offering pop accounts in the near future, along with other services, so please visit the Customaddresses.com website periodically.
What about large e-mails and attached files?
Our forwarding service will virtually handle any size file. Size limitations would strictly be a function of your e-mail service provider.
What happens if my forward to address is unavailable to receive e-mail?
Forwarded e-mail that is, for any reason, undeliverable to your forward to address will be returned to the original sender.
Will you give out my e-mail address?
CustomAddresses.com will NEVER share your e-mail address without your permission. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I "temporarily" disable my e-mail forwarding service?
Via your Member Account Management form by selecting anything other than your valid address.
